2-year-old dies after being struck by vehicle in East Harris County

KPRC Click2Houston published an update saying, "Update: the toddler was pronounced deceased at the hospital" after a child believed to be about 2 years old was struck by a vehicle in the eastern part of Harris County, authorities said.
