2026 Volunteers in Medicine Pickleball Classic Set for Palmetto Dunes

Players showed up at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center on February 28 and March 1, 2026, for the 2026 Volunteers in Medicine Pickleball Classic, a two-day fundraiser hosted by Bluffton Jasper County Volunteers in Medicine (BJVIM) and Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head Island (VIMHHI) to support uninsured residents of Greater Bluffton, Jasper County, Hilton Head Island, and Daufuskie Island. Bluffton Jasper County Volunteers in Medicine (BJVIM) and Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head Island (VIMHHI) are coming together to host the 2026 VIM Pickleball Classic, a fun and meaningful way to support access to quality healthcare for our uninsured neighbors.

The tournament ran Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles on Saturday, February 28, and Mixed Doubles on Sunday, March 1, with 50+ divisions available in each category. Pickleballtournaments listed a Women’s Doubles division as Skill 3.0, Age 50 And Above, using a Double Elim. Bracket with Max Teams: Unlimited, and noted a Feb 28, 2026 Early Morning start for that event. Registration was advertised at $80; a Bounce snapshot showed “Players going 14” at the time the listing was live.
