Jordan Stearns, marketing and communications manager at Lakeland PBS, will deliver a talk titled the “State of the Station” at the Beltrami County Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party’s monthly Pizza and Programs session on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event is scheduled at the Beltrami County DFL office, 1510 Bemidji Avenue N, Bemidji, and is open to the public.
Organizers describe the series as “Pizza and Programs” sessions are a series of informal discussions and dialogue with invited speakers who are community organizers and leaders. The Beltrami County DFL lists Pizza & Program every third Thursday at 11:30 a.m. as part of its regular schedule, positioning the Feb. 19 session as the unit’s third-Thursday offering in February 2026.
The Beltrami County DFL identifies itself as part of local party infrastructure: “The Beltrami County DFL is your local DFL organizing unit, staffed by an all-volunteer team of table officers, directors, and precinct chairs. We are governed by a written Constitution.” The unit’s office at 1510 Bemidji Avenue N is open Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the site lists recurring community programming including Coffee & Conversation every first Thursday at 10 a.m. and game night every third Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
The unit provides contact details for residents seeking more information: “You may contact the Chair at (218) 766-4529 or beltramidfl@gmail.com.” Organizers also issued an open invitation in their event announcement, writing “Please join us. All are welcome.” Sources do not list a registration link, RSVP requirement or admission fee for the Feb. 19 session.
The week prior to the Pizza and Programs session, the Beltrami County DFL scheduled additional local activities at the same Bemidji office: a light supper and social hour at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11, followed by the regular executive committee meeting at 6:00 p.m. The Executive Committee meets monthly to organize the unit’s activities and typically convenes on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the DFL Regional Headquarters at 1510 Bemidji Avenue N.
For neighbors planning to attend the Feb. 19 session, the unit’s published calendar and office hours provide recurring opportunities for engagement at the Bemidji office.
