MC Command Center 2026.1.1 is out! Deaderpool announced the hotfix on Patreon and Tumblr, saying the release "has been updated to be compatible with the February 3 update from EA" and publishing the package labeled "MC Command Center - All Modules Version 2026.1.1" alongside "MC Woohoo - Version 2026.1.1 (optional if MC Woohoo features are wanted)."

The release materials and compatibility table state that 2026.1.1 "has been tested to be working with (but does not require) all expansions and game packs up to Royalty & Legacy" and list explicit builds for a February 12, 2026 patch - PC: 1.121.361.1020 and Mac: 1.121.361.1220. The January 25 Patreon post that shipped 2026.1.0 warned Deaderpool was "switching gears to start working on a hotfix version of this release for an upcoming EA release," so 2026.1.1 follows that plan; the notes also remind players that "Earlier Sims 4 versions may not be compatible."

Developer notes on Patreon drill into technical impacts on relationships and genealogy. Deaderpool wrote, "Just as a note, I was able to get all the genealogy changes implemented that I found so GEDCOM still works as does setting relationships between Sims." The post also cautions: "Note that EA changed the way family relationship bits work in this update. I think you can still use them, but they're 'archived' and not actively used by the game in any way." A separate fragment notes a limitation for marriages: "Note that the way that EA is doing marriages now, it will not be possible to do multiple-spouses. There were settings for that in MC Marriage and it won't work going forward. They" — the sentence in the source cuts off at that point. Deaderpool added that "There may still be some issues that I wasn't able to find in my testing, but unless they are critical, I won't be fixing them until the 2026.2.0 release."

Module and distribution details accompany the announcement. The author packaged both "MC Command Center - All Modules Version 2026.1.1" and the optional "MC Woohoo - Version 2026.1.1," noting that MC Woohoo "requires MC Command Center to work correctly." The Tumblr download blurb reads "## DOWNLOAD HERE: MC Command Center - All Modules Version 2026.1.1" and includes a troubleshooting note: "NOTE: If you get an unconfirmed file in your download folder after trying to download MCCC, you should read the Q&A on my FAQ about that here. It's a browser problem, not a file problem so nothing that I can do to fix it." Translation credits for 2026.1.0 remain unchanged from 2025.7.0 with thanks to contributors including Morzat for Spanish, Halapeco for Japanese, KuriXarya for Russian, Bonxie and SimNes for German, Nini for Chinese, ForeverCamp for French, NamelessPerson98 for Swedish, Viqanci for Polish, and Miasimmer for Danish.

For support, Deaderpool directs players to Discord rather than private messages, stating "For support or possible bugs, you should go to one of the MCCC Discord server links below." The channels listed in the post include "General Support - Support for other mods or just general Q&A," "General Support (Sims After Dark) - Alternate support for other mods or general Q&A," "MCCC Support - MCCC errors and questions," and "Error Support - [...]" (truncated in the source).

Community reaction was immediate. SnootySims posted "MOD UPDATE ALERT! MCCC version 2026.1.1 is out now!" on Facebook on February 3 at 8:53 PM, where the post showed 50 reactions, 8 comments, and 6 shares in the snippet provided. Commenters voiced the usual mix of caution and concern: Julia Cunningham wrote "I’m waiting a few days before I update my mods," Corey Walker asked "I want to know where Gunther, Frida, Gretle, Victor, and Samuel Goth are," Alexandra Utz asked "What are all the script mods that are currently broken," Danelle Esper Janas reported "I had an issue with SimRealist mods. I couldn’t save my game," and Brandi L. Dogan asked "Is wicked whims still broken" with Phoenyx Ash replying "yes as far as I'm aware."

Finally, the release notes reiterate a long-term packaging decision: "The legacy version of Sims 4 will now, and forever, use MCCC version 6.6.0, which can be found on Patreon and on my website." For modders tracking stability after the February updates, Deaderpool's 2026.1.1 restores many expected behaviors while flagging relationship bit changes, a marriage limitation, and potential residual issues slated for the 2026.2.0 cycle.
