Diadem Pickleball Complex has opened inside Elev8 Fun at Treasure Coast Mall in Jensen Beach, bringing eight indoor, climate-controlled courts, simulator stations, and a pro shop to a market that has scarce indoor options. Diadem Sports announced the partnership in a Pompano press release dated October 10, 2025, and the facility began serving players in late February 2026 with courts available to both members and non-members for open play and private clinics.

The space sits within the Elev8 Fun footprint and, according to Diadem’s announcement, will have a dedicated entrance connected to the main entertainment complex. Company materials list either 25,000 sq. ft. or 20,000 sq. ft. for the Jensen Beach footprint; PressRanger’s Oct. 10, 2025 release states 25,000 sq. ft. while RePlay describes the addition as a 20,000-sq.-ft. complex, a discrepancy the operators have not reconciled publicly. The eight courts themselves, the climate-controlled courts, and the presence of pickleball simulators are consistent across all reporting.

Diadem co-Founder Michael Manglardi framed the move as a natural fit with Elev8 Fun: “It's been a very natural partnership with Elev8 Fun - we're both organizations that strive to bring people together, create fun experiences, and give engaging activities for all ages and interests. We're excited to expand our facility presence and bring the pickleball community together in Jensen Beach.” Elev8 Fun’s managing partner David Goldfarb emphasized the overlap of customer bases and the plan to replicate the model: “We are beyond pleased with the addition of Diadem within our walls, as there are many synergies and overlap between our two customer bases,” adding that combining sport with all-indoor entertainment “was a no-brainer.”

Local players welcomed the indoor option. Dawn Marshall, a snowbird who recently moved to Port St. Lucie, said, “I think the facility is absolutely gorgeous and I'm looking forward to playing here,” and noted the value of a venue dedicated exclusively to pickleball. Port St. Lucie resident Ponce Montejo, who plays in two clubs, pointed to the regional constraint that pushed the project: “In our area there's really not a whole lot of indoor facilities,” and “Everyone always wants to play more, but I guess we're all limited within the first two hours of the day when the sun starts coming up.” Montejo added that, in a climate-controlled setting, he’s often on court from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Corporate growth plans anchor the Jensen Beach launch. Diadem’s release cites a Coconut Creek flagship recently voted the #1 Pickleball Venue in the U.S. for 2025 and lists other locations including Tulsa, Japan, Malaysia, and a Palmetto Bay opening slated for 2026. Elev8 Fun has a Jacksonville buildout planned by Q2 2027 that PressRanger says will be about 36,000 sq. ft. with 12 to 14 courts alongside go-karts and arcade attractions.

Practical details remain thin in public material: operating hours, pricing, membership tiers, reservation procedures, and exact simulator models have not been published. With a multi-year, multi-term lease reported between Diadem and Elev8 Fun and the mixed-use model set to roll into other markets, Jensen Beach now has a full-time indoor venue that changes when and how players can fit court time into a hot, humid Florida day.
