Feb. 18 Dollar General Thefts and Disturbance Calls Reported in Allendale County
Multiple Dollar General calls led to arrests at 1937 Main, including a 4:49 p.m. theft arrest where officers found drug paraphernalia on a 38-year-old woman.

Regional police logs show multiple calls tied to Dollar General stores in Allendale County that produced arrests at the Dollar General at 1937 Main. At 4:49 p.m., Sweet Home police logs record an arrest listed as: "4:49 p.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather, 38, arrested for theft III after caller from Dollar General, 1937 Main, reported female stole item(s) from store. Arrested for meth possession after arresting officer found drug paraphernalia on her during theft arrest. Starweather also cited on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case, FTA in trespassing case, LCCC warrant in fentanyl possession case, and five counts of possession of meth. Cited and released."
The same logs show earlier, less serious calls near Main Street the same afternoon: "2:55 p.m. – Caller reported male walking on railroad tracks, 1900 block Main. Officer contacted male, who was warned for trespassing," and "3:32 p.m. – Caller reported dog barking 'continually' in 1200 block Main. Officer responded, located barking dog, unable to locate anyone at residence."
Later that night at the same Dollar General, police logs list a separate arrest: "10:01 p.m. – Daniel Keith Follett arrested on LMC warrant for probation violation, Dollar General, 1937 Main." The logs do not include disposition beyond the arrest for Follett; the entry for the 4:49 p.m. arrest specifies the arrestee was "cited and released."
Crimewatch entries from the region provide broader retail-theft context over the Feb. 17–23 period. On Feb. 17 Crimewatch lists the following Dollar General theft: "Retail-Dollar General, black male fled in a black Audi with Delaware paper tag. Over $70 worth of merchandise." That Feb. 17 report does not name a street address and is not explicitly linked in the logs to the 1937 Main store entries.
Lebanon police logs included in the roundup show multiple, unrelated traffic and warrant actions across the same reporting window. Those lines read: "1:37 a.m. – Justin Lee Walker, 38, cited on LCCC warrant for FTA – FTA II," "11:45 a.m. – Sandro Hernandez Zamarron, 27, arrested for hit and run, cited for failure to obey traffic control device," "3:27 p.m. – Two-car crash, W Airport/S 2nd. Teodora Daisy Kirk, 33, arrested for hit and run, failure to obey duties of driver, DWS. Report taken," "7:05 p.m. – Two-car crash, 1400 block S Main St. Lori Ann Nordstrand, 65, cited for failure to obey traffic control device," and "9:59 p.m. – Johnny Walker Jr., 43, cited on LMC warrant for probation violation."

Entries from the LCSO/OSP Sweet Home and southern county logs include a Feb. 13 block of activity that remained part of the same roundup. Those entries include: "1:30 p.m. – Tina Charlene Holt, 57, cited for DWS, DU, 3200 block Main. Also cited on LMC warrant for FTA in theft case, LCJC warrant for contempt of court. Passenger Brandon John Morrissey, 32, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in theft case, FTC in public indecency case. Both cited and released. Vehicle impounded," plus "2:32 p.m. – Jordan Scott Carter, 35, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in vehicle burglary case and theft case, warrant in theft case, LMC warrant for probation violation in theft case, AMC warrant for FTA in theft case, and LCCC warrant for FTA in possession of meth case. Long/29th. Cited and released," and "7:18 p.m. – Eyan Robert Lynd arrested by Portland police on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case. Cited to appear March 11."
Regional Crimewatch logs list additional incidents that framed the week: two Home Depot retail-theft arrest lines on Feb. 18, a Feb. 18 truck fire on northbound Rt. 1 at Oxford Valley with "No Reported Injuries," and multiple thefts and disturbances through Feb. 23, including a Feb. 22 catalytic converter theft in the Village of Pennbrook and a Feb. 23 license plate theft on Pinewood Dr., Levittown.
The Sweet Home police-log entries contain a name-spelling discrepancy for the 4:49 p.m. arrestee, appearing as both "Stephanie Irene Starkweather" and "Starweather" in the same line of the log. The public logs in this roundup also use court and warrant acronyms such as SHMC, LCCC, LMC, LCJC and AMC without expanded court names. Records released in the logs show several arrests and citations tied to outstanding warrants, retail-theft reports and traffic crashes across Allendale County between Feb. 17 and Feb. 23; court dockets and formal police reports will determine how the listed warrants and citations proceed in local courts.
