Hellbreakers Adventure Path, Player’s Guide Launch on Demiplane NEXUS with Remastered Rules
Paizo released the Hellbreakers Player’s Guide on Feb. 26, 2026, and Demiplane posted on Mar. 5, 2026 that both the Hellbreakers Adventure Path and the Player’s Guide are now on the Pathfinder NEXUS.

Paizo released the Hellbreakers Player’s Guide on February 26, 2026, credited to Matthew Fu and Michelle Y. Kim, and Demiplane posted on March 5, 2026 that the Hellbreakers Adventure Path and the Hellbreakers Player’s Guide are now available on the Pathfinder NEXUS app. The Paizo download copy positions the Player’s Guide as a companion for players and Demiplane’s announcement confirms digital availability on its Pathfinder digital companion.
The campaign centers on Isger and the capital city of Elidir, where the Hellbreakers League fights Chelaxian rule. The Paizo download text states, “This Player’s Guide will help you prepare for a campaign where the Hellbreakers of Isger fight for freedom against their tyrannical Chelaxian oppressors.” Demiplane’s Pathfinder NEXUS entry calls the Hellbreakers League “a young rebel organization working to liberate the oppressed and remove tyrants from power,” and Paizo’s material names Hellbreakers leaders Phoebe and Alceo Demetrias.
Paizo’s downloadable notes make the campaign’s place in the larger conflict explicit: “THE INNER SEA WAR The war between Andoran and Cheliax begins in Isger, where this Adventure Path takes place.” The same text explains that the Hellbreakers operate with help from Andoran’s Eagle Knights while facing “the devilish patron nation” of Cheliax and its infernal forces. That focus narrows the scope to Isger rather than treating the entire Andoran-Cheliax war as the Adventure Path’s primary stage.
On rules and progression, the Player’s Guide is explicit: “This campaign uses Pathfinder’s remastered rules, so all you’ll need to play is Pathfinder Player Core (or Pathfinder Player Core 2) and a character sheet.” Paizo’s download copy also specifies starting and ending levels: “You begin at 1st level as a low-ranking Hellbreaker ready to make a name for yourself. By the time your adventure ends, you’ll be 10th level.” The Player’s Guide offers character-creation advice, new Hellbreakers-specific backgrounds, and a list of recommended standard backgrounds including the verbatim token “Bandit, Player’s Guide 6 Phoebe Demetrias Field Medic, Martial Disciple, Scout, Warrior, Insurgent, and Saboteur.”

Paizo points players toward additional options, recommending Battlecry! backgrounds such as Arcane Revolutionary, Combat Carpenter, Combat Chaplain, Martial Musician, Veteran, and War Orphan, and flagging Lost Omens Firebrands as another source of thematic backgrounds. Paizo’s product image is described as “An armored human wielding a long chain with a mace at the end battling a hellknight,” and third-party coverage from Bell of Lost Souls called the Player’s Guide “a great jumping-off point to create a character who is embroiled in the heart of the coming war.”
Demiplane’s March 5 post describes availability on the Pathfinder NEXUS and contains a truncated fragment showing the Adventure Path’s setting as “Isge” in the supplied announcement; Paizo and PathfinderWiki use the full name Isger across their copies. Paizo’s site also produces CTAs such as “Download The Player’s Guide!” and “Want to run Hellbreakers as a Game Master? Preorder Hellbreakers,” while listing customer service contact details: Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific, (425) 250-0800, customer.service@paizo.com. With the Player’s Guide released Feb. 26 and the Adventure Path listed on Demiplane’s NEXUS on Mar. 5, the Hellbreakers campaign is positioned for play under the remastered rules from levels 1 through 10.
