Mindbody February Updates Improve Class Management and Intro Offers for Studios
Mindbody refreshed the Classes screen to show full class names, switch between Classes and Pricing views, and let studios rename classes inline as part of a February 2026 product update.

Mindbody rolled out a run of product updates grouped under February 2026 and published on Feb 27, 2026 that prioritize faster class management and smoother intro offers promotion for studios. The headline change is a refreshed Classes screen that combines display and inline editing improvements to reduce admin clicks.
"On the refreshed Classes screen, you can easily switch between Classes and Pricing views, see longer names in full, and sort and filter to quickly find what you need," Mindbody's February 2026 Product Updates page states, noting also that "You can make simple updates like renaming classes right from the page." The company frames these interface changes as groundwork: "Together, these improvements help you stay organized and set the stage for even more powerful class management tools coming soon."
Schedule and staffing settings also received concrete defaults aimed at preventing gaps. Mindbody changed custom availability so it "now defaults to two weeks instead of two years, to quickly set short-term schedules without extra clicks." The page adds that "Ongoing availability no longer expires behind the scenes, so your staff can stay on the schedule with no surprise interruptions," and concludes this section with the summary that "These updates help streamline scheduling and reduce manual adjustments to your daily workflows."
Mindbody pushed improvements for client-facing web widgets as well, with two branded web updates called out by name. The V2 branded web Appointments widget now lets "clients can now book more than one service at a time using the V2 branded web Appointments widget," removing duplicate checkouts: "No more checking out twice—they can add multiple services at a time, including services for their dependents, in one simple booking flow. It's faster for them and a great way to boost your revenue." The V2 Schedule widget now clarifies availability visually: "Available days are highlighted and days with no classes are grayed out," and studios can "also show which room each class takes place in, giving clients all the info they need to book with confidence."
The Product Updates page also lists operational items with limited detail in the excerpt provided. Headline copy includes "Gain deeper insight with a new Analytics 2.0 Staffing dashboard [...]" and "The franchise fees tool will retry failed transactions [...]," with a January image asset referenced as 2026-1-January-ProductUpdates-Web-Image.png. The page similarly includes the headline "Promote intro offers in the Mindbody app" without accompanying explanatory copy in the excerpt.
Mindbody groups the notes under the site headline "Key releases, enhancements, and insights—all in one place" and references a February asset file 2026-2-February-ProductUpdates-Web-Image.png for the Classes entry. Studios should watch Mindbody's Product Updates page for the remaining rollout specifics, since the February 2026 entry establishes functional changes to class naming, inline edits, staff availability defaults, multi-service booking, and schedule visibility that aim to cut admin time and improve client booking flows.
