monday.com Offers Global Stipends, Health Coverage, Equity and Remote Support
monday.com guarantees a 3% employer 401(k) contribution, grants equity to every employee, and lists commuter, meal and home-office stipends alongside parental and adoption support.

monday.com's publicly posted benefit snapshots show a benefits package built around retirement, equity and flexible work supports. Both the Himalayas App and Built In list the same unconditional employer contribution: "Regardless of what is contributed by the employee, monday.com contributes 3% of an employee's annual gross pay" to a 401(k) plan, though Himalayas names Trinet as manager and Built In names ADP. The Himalayas App also presents the company line that "Every employee gets equity, so you are rewarded for your best work," and Built In and Levels.fyi list a company Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Health and wellbeing details in the listings include standard coverages and a running set of supports. The Himalayas App lists "Medical, dental, and vision insurance + flexible spending account (FSA)," and Levels.fyi shows Health, Dental and Vision Insurance as employer-offered items alongside Disability Insurance, AD&D and Life Insurance. Himalayas supplies the exact employee-assistance phrasing "monday.com offers 12 sessions with an occupational psychologist," and advertises a monthly wellness allowance of "$50 to spend each month on whatever makes you feel good whether it's the gym, yoga, meditation classes, or something in between."
Paid time off and family benefits are spelled out across the snapshots. The Himalayas App reports "monday.com employees receive between 16 and 22 days per year of paid time off based on years of tenure at monday.com" and adds "Employees receive 80 hours per year of paid sick leave. These hours can also be used for mental health days." Parental policies are listed by Himalayas and Built In as "We provide up to 13 weeks of parental leave for both the primary and secondary caretakers with full payment." Himalayas also lists adoption support in the exact wording "We reimburse up to 10000 for eligible adoption expenses and 13 weeks of paid leave."
Practical, day-to-day allowances appear in multiple sources. Both Himalayas and Built In include "We offer a monthly $130 stipend for commuter expenses." Built In details on-office food policies state "When in office, monday.com offers daily snacks for breakfast! We also offer a monthly $300 stipend that can be used on Seamless and local restaurants" and "We provide free breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Employees receive a lunch stipend on a monthly basis." Levels.fyi assigns an estimated value to food perks, listing "Free Snacks $730" and "Estimated Total Value:$1,095."
Remote work and culture perks round out the package. Himalayas includes the header "Home office budget" with the line "Since you work remotely, we want to make sure your home office is comfortable," and Built In and Levels.fyi enumerate remote work, flexible start and end times, customized development tracks, company outings and twice-monthly happy hours. Levels.fyi and Built In call out adoption assistance, fertility assistance, pet-friendly workplaces and learning and development as part of the offered benefits.
The third-party snapshots align on many headline items but differ on administrative details such as the 401(k) plan manager and on a numeric adoption reimbursement that appears without a currency symbol in the Himalayas posting. Those discrepancies remain in the listings as of the snapshots published on the Himalayas App, Built In and Levels.fyi.
