Oxon Hill man charged with second-degree murder in Sept. 13 D.C. stabbing

Shawn Lamar Conway of Oxon Hill was charged in D.C. Superior Court with Second Degree Murder While Armed in connection with the fatal early‑morning stabbing outside the 2000 block of 14th Street NW on Sept. 13, 2025 that left 34‑year‑old Jermaine Foster Jr. dead.
