Parmigiani Tonda PF 36mm Alta Rosa Debuts Grain d'Orge Guilloché Dial
Parmigiani adds a 36mm Tonda PF with a pale‑rose Grain d'Orge guilloché dial, platinum 950 knurled bezel and in‑house PF770 calibre, ref. PFC804-1020007-100182.

Parmigiani Fleurier expanded the Tonda PF family on March 5, 2026 with the Tonda PF Automatic 36mm “Alta Rosa,” a compact, time-only expression that pairs a delicate Alta Rosa Grain d’Orge hand-guilloché dial with a tactile platinum 950 knurled bezel. The new reference PFC804-1020007-100182 condenses the collection’s minimalist design language into a 36 mm stainless steel case measuring 8.6 mm thick, sapphire crystals front and back, and 100 meters water resistance.
Colour and surface are the story here. Parmigiani frames Alta Rosa as part of a sustained chromatic program: “Alta Rosa represents a continuation of Parmigiani’s chromatic research, conceived as a mineral‑like tone that evolves with light,” and the Grain d’Orge guilloché is used deliberately to shape and temper how that soft rose reads on the wrist. Watchtime situates the tone in an architectural approach to dial work, noting the brand treats each color as part of “a carefully built palette” rather than a seasonal variation.
The exterior details underline that restraint. The 36 mm steel case wears alternating polished and satin-brushed finishes across case and integrated bracelet, a design choice Watchtime says “emphasize[s] the watch’s sculptural lines,” while the platinum knurled bezel provides the family’s familiar tactile signature. The bracelet is integrated stainless steel with a folding clasp, and the model keeps a screw-in crown and anti-reflective sapphire over the dial for daily wearability.
Dial specification is precise: Monochrome lists hand-applied 18k gold rhodium-plated indices, skeletonised 18k gold delta-shaped hour and minute hands, and an oval gold medallion with the PF logo at 12:00. The Grain d’Orge hand-guilloché surface captures and diffuses light to give the Alta Rosa tone texture and depth without clutter, and the watch remains strictly time-only, continuing the 36 mm Tonda PF’s uncluttered layout first emphasized when the smaller size was introduced in 2022.

Under the sapphire caseback sits Parmigiani’s in-house calibre PF770, a 4 Hz automatic sized at 25.6 mm x 3.9 mm, running at 28,800 vph with a 60-hour power reserve. Monochrome writes: “Unlike the 40mm Tonda PF powered by a micro-rotor, the 36mm relies on a central 22k gold skeletonised rotor (hence the slightly higher profile). Parmigiani’s in-house automatic 4Hz calibre PF770, designed specifically for the 36mm case, is still exceptionally slim (3.9mm) and delivers a robust 60-hour power reserve.” Sources describe the oscillating weight as a 22k skeletonised gold rotor, with Watchtime and others specifying a 22-karat rose-gold finish; Côtes de Genève, hand-bevelled bridges and polished and sandblasted rotor surfaces complete the finishing.
Pricing and distribution are reported differently by outlets: Monochrome lists a Swiss retail price of CHF 21,900, while Hypebeast reports a USD price of $25,800 and notes availability through Parmigiani Fleurier’s website, boutiques and authorized retailers. Watchcollectinglifestyle frames the release as “A Careful Exercise in Chromatic Restraint,” and the Alta Rosa Tonda PF now joins a small but purposeful corner of the integrated-bracelet category where proportion, texture and a quietly evolving palette carry the watch as much as its movement.
