Puma, Madhappy Unveil Satin-Jacquard Speedcat Plus in Spring 2026 Collection
Puma and L.A.’s Madhappy dropped a 21-piece spring collection led by a satin-jacquard Speedcat Plus with a micro-floral motif, priced $50–$175 and launching March 6 exclusive online.

Puma and Los Angeles–based Madhappy unveiled a 21-piece spring 2026 collection that centers on a satin-jacquard update to Puma’s Speedcat Plus and spans apparel, accessories, and footwear. WWD framed the capsule as “embracing a lighter, more expressive touch,” and gave the retail range as $50–$175.
The Speedcat Plus is the star. Hypebeast notes the sneaker is “reimagined in satin jacquard with a delicate micro-floral motif,” while Sole Retriever reports three new satin pairs in monochrome blue, pink, and black, each sitting on brown gum bottoms. Sole Retriever also called the silhouette part of the current low-profile balletcore trend and wrote, “This time around, the custom-printed satin adds more of the brand’s signature brightness and exuberance.”
Design language leans on contrast: archival sport cues softened with expressive textures and springtime palettes. Hypebeast framed the work as “rooted in PUMA’s athletic heritage and reinterpreted through Madhappy’s creative lens,” and repeated the collection’s positioning as “anchoring a collection shaped by contrast — archival sport cues softened by expressive textures, patterns, and a palette inspired by the first days of spring.”
The apparel capsule keeps that play between sporty structure and relaxed detailing. Hypebeast lists a dual-branded nylon tracksuit, poplin lounge shirts and shorts with subtle stripe treatments, and fleece hoodies and sweatpants detailed with PUMA’s lace logo. Knitwear gets a moment too: Hypebeast highlights pointelle jersey tops and shorts in Blossom and Olive tones designed to balance structure with breathability. Sole Retriever adds striped button-ups and knit jerseys to the capsule inventory.

This is Madhappy’s second run with Puma; WWD notes the brands first teamed up in October on a 19-piece collection that featured a Speedcat Plus in soft suede and premium leather, making the move to jacquard satin a clear material pivot between drops. The soft-satin approach shifts the sneaker from the heavier suede/leather feel of last fall toward a spring-ready, brighter aesthetic.
Retail strategy is tightly staged. WWD reports the Puma x Madhappy collection will launch exclusively on Friday, March 6 at Madhappy.com and Madhappy shops, and will then drop on the Puma app, Puma.com, and at the Puma Las Vegas flagship store on Thursday, March 12. WWD also flagged a wider retail tie-in: the collaboration announcement coincided with Nordstrom naming Puma as the next partner in its “Make Room for Shoes” campaign, with Nordstrom taking the exclusive North American lead on the H‑Street Ballet this season.
If you track drops, March 6 is the day to watch for the satin Speedcat pack at Madhappy’s channels, and the March 12 Puma roll-out will be the first chance to see the collaboration land in a brand flagship and on Puma’s platforms.
