Registration Open for March 7 HerbieGives All-Position Football Camp in Kapa‘a
Kauai brothers Nate and Nick Herbig will headline a one-day, three-session HerbieGives football camp March 7 at the Bryan J. Baptiste Sports Complex in Kapa‘a.

Registration opened in February for the third-annual HerbieGives All-Position Football Camp, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Bryan J. Baptiste Sports Complex in Kapa‘a, organizers announced in a Garden Island community-sports notice on Feb. 24. The camp is billed as a single-day event intended to consolidate position training and mentorship into a one-day format.
The HerbieGives promotion emphasizes its one-day structure with the line "One Day, Three Camps." Kauai brothers Nate and Nick Herbig will headline the day; The Garden Island describes Nate Herbig as a former National Football League defensive lineman and Nick Herbig as an NFL linebacker. KauaiNow has previously identified the brothers as HerbieGives founders and said the camp will include guidance from professional coaches.
Organizers laid out three distinct sessions meeting at the Bryan J. Baptiste Sports Complex Tennis and Pickleball Courts. The Youth Camp for grades 3-7 runs 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Girls Flag Football Camp for grades 8-12 runs Noon to 2:00 p.m. The High School Boys Football Camp and Combine for grades 8-11 runs 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration is being accepted online via the HerbieGives website and the Garden Island notice stated signups opened this month.
Program content listed by HerbieGives and The Garden Island includes position-specific training, competitive high-energy drills, combine tests and mentorship aimed at developing work ethic, discipline and confidence. HerbieGives describes the camp as offering "position-specific training, high-energy drills, and real mentorship that builds work ethic, discipline, and confidence—on and off the field," and advertises the opportunity "for athletes of all levels ready to prepare for the next level." KauaiNow's 2025 coverage of the earlier camp noted athletes would take part in tackle combine tests and receive guidance on physical, mental and academic development.

The March 7 program is linked to a broader HerbieGives schedule of events. Organizers are also accepting registration for an inaugural Herbie Gives Golf Tournament set for March 14, 2026, an 18-hole event at the Ocean Course at Hokuala intended to support the initiative's mission. HerbieGives states it is "dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for student athletes, enabling them to pursue higher education through athletics" and says it harnesses its platform to drive "meaningful, impactful change" for Kaua‘i and neighboring islands.
The 2026 camp is being promoted as the third annual edition. By contrast, KauaiNow's earlier coverage of the 2nd Annual 2025 HerbieGives All Position Football Camp described a two-day event on March 7-8, 2025 with sessions Friday evening and Saturday daytime, indicating the 2026 iteration has moved to a single-day model. Media materials on the HerbieGives site include images of young participants in white HerbieGives shirts and coaches leading field drills; social handles listed in prior coverage include Facebook @herbiegives808 and Instagram @herbiegives.
Public materials reviewed for this report do not include registration fees, maximum capacity, required equipment lists, or a contact phone number, and the announced grade cutoffs show slight variation between sources (for example girls camp listed through grade 12 while the high school boys camp is listed through grade 11). Organizers say registration is open online and that the camp aims to prepare island athletes for success "on the field and beyond, providing extensive resources and opportunities they would not have had traditionally.
