The Sivananda Teacher Training Course is described as a four-week immersion in yoga life: daily Asanas, Pranayama, Karma Yoga, a lacto-vegetarian diet, meditation, chanting, and classroom work in yoga philosophy, anatomy, stress management, Ayurveda, and natural living.
