Sweet Creek Capital to break ground on 70-unit The Peaks at Canyons
Sweet Creek Capital closed on a site and will break ground on The Peaks at Canyons, a 70-unit luxury rental townhome project in Castle Pines announced March 5, 2026.

Sweet Creek Capital announced March 5, 2026 that it has closed on a site and will break ground on The Peaks at Canyons, a 70-unit luxury rental townhome development in Castle Pines. The project is sited inside The Canyons master-planned community at the intersection of Canyonside Boulevard and Canyon Forge Drive.
The developer is Sweet Creek Capital, a newly formed Denver-based real estate investment and development firm led by founder and CEO Brady Berlin. The Peaks at Canyons is the firm’s debut project; Sweet Creek Capital says it focuses on creating high-quality multifamily communities across Colorado’s Front Range.
The Peaks at Canyons will be a curated collection of three-story townhomes built as a purpose-built rental community. The announcement specifies 70 rental residences divided into a 40/30 unit mix - 40 three-bedroom units and 30 four-bedroom units - with each residence featuring 3 1/2 bathrooms and a private, attached two-car garage.
The company describes the townhomes as contemporary in design with high-end finishes and desirable floor plan layouts, positioning the development to deliver the comfort and privacy of homeownership with the flexibility of rental living. Sweet Creek Capital closed on the site and said it will break ground; the project is slated for completion in late 2027.

Brady Berlin, founder and CEO of Sweet Creek Capital, framed the project as an inaugural offering in a constrained submarket: “We are thrilled to have closed on a premier development site within one of Colorado’s most amenity‑rich and nature‑connected master‑planned communities,” Berlin said. “As our firm’s debut project, The Peaks at Canyons reflects our commitment to delivering best‑in‑class rental communities in supply‑constrained, high‑quality submarkets. This community will expand housing options in Castle Pines while maintaining the character and level of design residents expect.”
The announcement leaves a number of development details undisclosed. Sweet Creek Capital did not provide a specific groundbreaking date, total project cost, sources of capital or financing partners, general contractor or architect names, site acreage, number of buildings, unit square footage, on-site amenity lists beyond unit features, expected rent levels, or whether any permits or city approvals have been finalized.
If Sweet Creek Capital proceeds as announced, Castle Pines will gain 70 family-sized, luxury rental townhomes in The Canyons by the end of 2027, adding three-bedroom and four-bedroom rental options with private two-car garages to a supply-constrained Front Range market.
