More than 50 local restaurants, chefs and beverage partners will fill Truman Waterfront Park on Monday, March 23, when Taste of Key West returns for an evening of waterfront tastings supporting AH Monroe as the nonprofit marks four decades of community care in the Florida Keys.

The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and is free to enter, with tasting tickets available for purchase to sample food and beverages from participating restaurants and partners. Guests can choose from pay-as-you-go tasting tickets or the Two for Taste Pass, which the Key West Chamber describes as "designed for couples and friends to share the experience." A limited number of VIP Passes are also available, offering exclusive tent access, unlimited tastings, sommelier-led moments, butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, commemorative keepsakes and flexible VIP seating. Tickets are available at tasteofkeywest.org through Keys Tix.

The menu spans fresh island seafood and chef-driven small plates to craft beers and fine wines, all set against the sunset views of the Key West waterfront. Live entertainment is also part of the evening's programming.

This year's festival carries added weight for AH Monroe, the nonprofit that has long been the event's beneficiary. The organization, dedicated to improving health outcomes and expanding access to stable housing throughout the Florida Keys, is celebrating its 40th year of service across Monroe County. For 40 years, AH Monroe has provided what organizers describe as "compassionate, inclusive services that strengthen individuals, families, and neighborhoods" throughout the Keys.

Taste of Key West is paired this year with a second fundraising event: the Vintners Dinner, scheduled for March 21 at a limited capacity, with organizers warning it is expected to sell out. The dinner is described as a more intimate complement to the larger outdoor festival, with both events tied to AH Monroe's 40th anniversary programming.

Organizers encourage advance ticket purchases, particularly for VIP Passes and the Vintners Dinner, given limited availability. Volunteer opportunities and sponsorship information are also available through tasteofkeywest.org.
