Trilling Synths Unveils Passaggio 9HP Eurorack Digital VCO

Trilling Synths released the Passaggio, a 9HP digital voltage controlled oscillator for Eurorack systems, on January 4, 2026. The module places familiar waveforms on a two-dimensional plane or matrix, letting you morph between shapes using front-panel skew and morph controls or external bipolar CV. Its standout innovation is an alternating-cycle-length mode that deliberately varies the length of individual cycles to generate harmonically rich distortion while keeping the overall cycle stable — an effect that can range from subtle warmth to aggressive, textural timbres.

Physically compact and designed for tight racks, Passaggio offers fine tune, a hard-sync input, a 1V/oct pitch input and bipolar CV inputs for both morph and skew.
