Henderson Silver Knights Dominate Early, Down Milwaukee 4-1 Saturday
Three first-period goals from Hickey, Laczynski and Uchacz put Henderson in control early; the Silver Knights won 4-1 at Panther Arena to split the series.

Three first-period goals turned Saturday's rematch into a one-sided affair at Panther Arena, as the Henderson Silver Knights controlled the Milwaukee Admirals from the opening drop and won 4-1 to split the weekend series.
Brandon Hickey, Tanner Laczynski, and Kai Uchacz each scored within the opening 20 minutes, building a 3-0 lead before Milwaukee had established any offensive foothold. The rapid succession of goals forced the Admirals into chase mode and neutralized any carryover energy from their dramatic overtime win in the series opener the night before.
Mitch McLain pushed the advantage to four with a goal early in the second period, making the outcome all but official. Milwaukee did not go quietly: Kalan Lind converted a Jordan Oesterle point shot with a deflection late in the middle frame for his third goal of the season, trimming the deficit to 4-1. The Admirals generated chances in the third and showed some push, but the Silver Knights' first-period barrage had already decided the game.

The back-to-back structure of the series underscored the volatility of late-season scheduling. Milwaukee won Friday on a clutch overtime goal, then absorbed a commanding defeat less than 24 hours later at the same arena. Those kinds of swings are brutal for teams managing both playoff positioning and roster depth simultaneously.
The Admirals leave the series at 63 points in the Central Division, enough to remain in the playoff picture but not enough to absorb many more stumbles. The timing is particularly acute: Milwaukee now opens a five-game road trip, a stretch that will test depth and define where the Ads stand as the AHL regular season enters its final weeks. Road wins, not moral victories from a split series, are the currency that matters now.
