ACO locks in Top Gun 20 for 2026 Cornhole Worlds

Kaleb Hurt and Isaac Hurt closed the Season 21 doubles race at No. 1 in the Top Gun 20 with 420 points and a 9.67 season PPR, but the margin at the top is thinner than the points column suggests. The American Cornhole Organization locked in the Top Gun 20 as the final season rankings settled, putting the top 20 doubles teams in line for free entry into the World Championships. The list features a mix of proven tandems and partnerships built on trust, including Chad Jackson and Kim Jackson, Darryl Macon and Johnny Thomas, Jack Harcrow and Douglas Parker, Larry Young and Chris Day, and Canaan Culberson and Josh Holland. At No. 20, Daniel Kohenskey and Jayden Gamblin finished with 379 points and a 9.16 season PPR, a reminder that the cut line at this level is still packed with teams capable of making noise when the boards get tight.

That is where chemistry matters more than the singles crowd sometimes wants to admit. In doubles, the best teams are the ones that can place bags in the right lanes, cover each other’s misses and stay calm when one frame goes sideways. The ACO World Championships of Cornhole 21 are set for July 20 through July 25, 2026, at the Owensboro Convention Center in Owensboro, Kentucky. The ACO says the six-day event is free for spectators and family-friendly, with singles and doubles among the divisions on the schedule. If there is a tie for top season honors, the answer will not come from the standings page. It will come at Worlds, where a playoff match decides the title and the best partnership wins the last word.
