A Valentine-themed whoop course with glowing red and pink accents and heart-shaped gates filled Gymzaal Kanunnik/Kannunnik Faberstraat in Nijmegen as pilots chased season points in the DDR Whoop League 25/26. Dutch Drone Racing billed the meet as "LOVE TO LOOP - FLY WITH HEART!" and staged the event from 15:00 to 22:30 on 21 February 2026; the organiser confirmed, "This event counts toward the official Whoop League ranking. Check your stats and results on the Whoop League page."

The track design leaned into the theme: DutchDroneRacing described "heart-shaped gates, flowing lines, and a track that celebrates both precision and passion," and promised "🏁 Smooth flow sections and cheeky challenges that keep the race exciting." That course styling framed every run as a blend of pace and pilot control, the layout’s flowing lines were meant to reward pilots who "fly smooth, fly steady, and spread the whoop love! 💘🚀."

Race operations were constrained by a clear technical mandate: "Only Analog and HDZero video systems are allowed." That restriction shaped pit setups and whoop builds for the event, limiting entrants to those camera and video-link configurations. DutchDroneRacing also pushed the competitive angle with a leaderboard incentive: "🏆 Earn more points toward your season ranking and climb the leaderboard!" Pilots seeking to move up the Whoop League table were therefore racing for immediate seeding consequences as well as bragging rights.

Logistics for pilots and spectators were pragmatic and plainly stated on the event page. The organiser listed the venue address most specifically as "Kannunnik Faberstraat 65, 6525 TP Nijmegen, The Netherlands" and noted "🎫 Open for both pilots and spectators – bring your friends, rivals, or Valentine!" Practical details included "No catering available, but bringing your own food or ordering delivery is fine," and "🅿️ Free parking available near the venue." For follow-up questions DutchDroneRacing provided the contact: "For questions or info, contact us at info [@] dutchdroneracing.com." The event page also offered calendar exports for Google Calendar, iCalendar, Outlook 365 and Outlook Live.

Some administrative gaps remained in public materials: the DutchDroneRacing listing did not publish an entry fee, a pilot registration link, a heat schedule or a published pilot list. With the meet explicitly positioned as a points-scoring fixture in the Whoop League season, the missing registration and run-order details will matter for pilots tracking rankings; DutchDroneRacing directed competitors to the Whoop League page for results and to the provided contact email for event questions.

Nijmegen’s February calendar had other Valentine-themed activity nearby: SPiN Nijmegen ran a Valentine’s Cantus at Het Bastion (Phocas), Oudedijk 3 on February 3 at 20:15 that was listed as "This activity is now fully booked," with price notes showing both "12,00 (14,50 for non members)" and "€12 members | €14.50 non-members." For updated standings from Love to Loop, pilots and spectators are pointed to the Whoop League results page as the next stop.
