Grav8 Sports Launches India's First Pickleball League for Corporate Executives
Grav8 Sports and Hiranandani Group's Regalia Business Parks launched India's first CXO pickleball league, with Saina Nehwal as brand ambassador and a grand finale planned in Goa.

Grav8 Sports and Hiranandani Group's Regalia Business Parks have launched the Regalia CXO Pickleball League, billing it as India's first pickleball circuit built exclusively for corporate executives and senior business leaders. The league pairs a Hiranandani real-estate vertical with Grav8 Sports, the company founded by RJ Anmol, and has named Olympic badminton medalist Saina Nehwal as its brand ambassador.
The league is not starting from scratch. After a debut in Mumbai last year that drew notable attention, it is now expanding into a full multi-city tour covering Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune before a grand finale in Goa. The inaugural Mumbai edition set the tone with an exhibition match that put Saina Nehwal, RJ Anmol and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani on the same court together, a pairing designed to signal exactly who this league is for.
Dr. Hiranandani framed the partnership as an extension of a workplace philosophy rather than a marketing exercise. "At Regalia Business Parks, we believe future-ready workplaces go beyond office infrastructure to foster collaboration, innovation and well-being," he said. "Our association with the CXO Pickleball League reflects this philosophy, bringing leaders together and encouraging stronger professional connections through sport."
Manish Gupta, Director of CRE at Regalia Business Parks, reinforced that line of thinking, noting that integrating professional interaction with wellness-led experiences is consistent with Hiranandani's broader commitment to holistic growth across its business communities.
RJ Anmol has been direct about his competitive ambitions for the format. In one statement, he described the league as being "designed to create meaningful engagement in a dynamic and inclusive format." In a separate and considerably bolder formulation, he put a number on it: "Grav8 Sports is revolutionising the Indian sports landscape in the corporate world with its pioneering CXO Pickleball League, set to shake up the status quo and take over Golf as the top networking sport in just 18 months."

That 18-month timeline is an aggressive claim, but it is the kind of target that gives a league a story to chase. Golf has dominated the corporate networking circuit in India for decades, and displacing it would require both scale and genuine adoption from the C-suite crowd the league is courting.
Saina Nehwal, for her part, sees the structural logic in the venture. "CXO Pickleball League is the first of its kind in India and I am happy to be associated with the India Tour," she said. "RJ Anmol's vision for premium sports networking and now joining hands with the Hiranandani Group is a winner for Grav8 Sports."
What remains undisclosed is the operational detail: no confirmed schedule has been released for the individual city legs, no format specifics such as team sizes or match structure have been published, and there is no information yet on entry criteria, participating companies, prize structure or broadcast arrangements. The grand finale in Goa is the headline destination, but the road to get there still needs a timetable.
