12AM Agency launches automotive-franchise SEO focused on booked service appointments
12AM Agency’s new automotive-franchise SEO offer ties search visibility to booked service appointments, adding local SEO, AI visibility and a booking lead system.

Rankings do not pay the service bay bills unless they turn into booked appointments, and that is the commercial bet 12AM Agency is making with its new automotive-franchise SEO offer.
The Dallas-based agency said the service became available April 12 and is aimed at automotive franchise owners, multi-location operators and marketing leaders who want local visibility to show up as actual service bookings. The package is built around three parts: local SEO for each franchise location, AI visibility optimization and a service booking lead system. That structure makes the agency’s pitch plain. It is not selling broad search marketing, but a path from search intent to repair orders and fixed-ops revenue.
Robert Portillo, the agency’s co-founder, is framing the work around that same outcome-first logic. Instead of treating ranking gains as the finish line, the offer is built around getting the right customer to the right store at the right time, then converting that interest into an appointment. In a category where one store may serve a city while several more locations compete across a metro area, consistency matters as much as visibility. Each franchise location has to be findable, credible and ready to convert.
The launch also reflects how fast automotive search is shifting. 12AM Agency’s broader positioning includes SEO, PPC management, Google Business Profile optimization and reputation management, but the new offer adds AI visibility to the mix, signaling that dealership and franchise buyers now expect more than traditional local search work. The agency’s franchise-specific rollout follows similar offers in March and April 2026 for home service and gym franchises, suggesting a strategy built around packaged vertical systems rather than a single generic SEO product.
The timing fits the market. J.D. Power said in March 2025 that dealership service satisfaction remained strong, but long appointment wait times and communication shortfalls were still holding back progress. Cox Automotive said in January 2025 that new Xtime capabilities were designed to create a modern service experience from appointment to payment and help dealerships maximize service revenue. Reynolds and STELLA AI also introduced Appointment AI for NADA 2025, aimed at faster response times and fewer missed service opportunities. Xtime says its scheduling tools let customers book service openings from a phone or computer.
12AM Agency, founded in 2015, lists its headquarters at 1919 McKinney Ave Suite 100 in Dallas, Texas 75201. The new automotive-franchise SEO offer fits the same direction as the rest of the industry: visibility still matters, but the real test is whether it fills the schedule.
