Portland's Prince Coffee Debuts Seasonal Peanut Brittle Latte This Spring
Barista Julia Wohlstetter's Peanut Brittle Latte has already converted devotees of Prince Coffee's beloved Stroopwafel latte — and it's only available until April 20.

Prince Coffee, the woman-owned specialty coffee and natural wine bar founded by Katie Prinsen, has added a Peanut Brittle Latte to its spring menu at both its Northeast and Northwest Portland locations. Barista Julia Wohlstetter created the seasonal drink, which is available through April 20, 2026.
The early reception says something. Prince Coffee already has a loyal following built around two Dutch-inspired signature drinks, the Stroopwafel and Anijsmelk lattes, whose regulars have long been devoted to those specific orders. The new latte has apparently upended some of that loyalty. "We have a lot of regulars who are devoted to those drinks on the menu who have switched to only getting the Peanut Brittle latte," Wohlstetter said. "I think thats probably the best testament to how good it is."
Prince Coffee operates under a dual identity that sets it apart from most Portland cafes: alongside its specialty espresso program, it functions as a natural wine bar, a combination that founder Prinsen has built across two Portland neighborhoods. The Northeast and Northwest locations both carry the Peanut Brittle Latte for the drink's full spring run.

With the April 20 end date approaching in just over five weeks, the window to try Wohlstetter's creation is narrower than the season itself. Prince Coffee can be found on Instagram at @princecoffeepdx.
