Jay Weinberg is opening a Reverb shop on March 18 stocked with personally used gear, stage-worn Slipknot masks and outfits, signed memorabilia, and multiple full drum kits spanning nearly 15 years of professional drumming. A portion of proceeds will benefit MusiCares.

The inventory reads like a career retrospective. The headliner items include full kits from his nine-year run as Slipknot's drummer, which lasted from 2014 through late 2023, plus the kit he played on Bruce Springsteen's 2009 Working on a Dream tour when he filled in for his father, E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg. Beyond the full kits, Weinberg is listing snares, cymbals, drum thrones, and other accessories.

Two kits stand out for collectors. The first is a custom piece built in collaboration with SJC Custom Drums and tattoo artist Thomas Hooper, used specifically during the touring cycle for Slipknot's We Are Not Your Kind. The second is a hand-painted kit Weinberg dubbed the "Pokemon Vomit" kit, a multi-color balloon design he decorated himself and used while touring with Against Me! and later on a European run with Suicidal Tendencies. Both have concrete, documentable provenance.

For drummers who want something closer to the studio, Weinberg is also offering individual drumheads from the We Are Not Your Kind recording sessions, cataloged by the specific songs they were used on. Also in the shop is the Roland V-Drum kit he used while writing material for both We Are Not Your Kind and The End, So Far.

Beyond Slipknot, Weinberg has played with Suicidal Tendencies, Against Me!, Madball, and Hesitation Wounds. He announced his departure from Suicidal Tendencies in January after two years with the band. On the solo front, he released his debut single "Sandstone" in 2025, and a follow-up track called "Drone Operator" was due out the Friday following the shop announcement.

The Reverb shop goes live March 18 at Reverb.com.
