The event marks the SFT's first official stop in North Africa, organized in partnership with EFOIL MAROC and Marchica Lagoon Resort. The venue itself shapes the competition: a protected Mediterranean inlet just minutes from Nador city, Marchica Lagoon delivers consistently flat, low-chop water that strips away wave-selection luck entirely. In its place, riders face a 6-buoy technical course where precise steering, tight line choice, and battery management determine the outcome.
