The M08F Plus includes an integrated touchscreen display for real-time status monitoring, a 203 DPI tattoo-specific print head, and wireless connectivity via a mobile application. That 203 DPI resolution is described by Phomemo as "optimized for layered clarity," which is particularly relevant for geometric work where tight mandala rings or micro-dotwork grids have zero tolerance for fidelity loss between screen and skin.

The most significant hardware upgrade over the original M08F is the anti-wrinkle system.
