Blaine County Sheriff pack adds flexible, reflective fleet options to GTA V

JankModding’s new Blaine County Sheriff Department pack landed on LCPDFR with a clear pitch: a first crack at fully reflective lighting, built as an inspired ACSO-style setup rather than an accuracy project. That matters for LSPDFR players who want a believable modern sheriff garage without locking themselves into a rigid real-world replica.

The preview build was listed as version 1.0 and had two reviews when it went up two days ago. Its early roster already gave sheriff fleets some useful breathing room, with a 2023 Charger in hardtop, hardtop AWD, slicktop, and unmarked forms, plus a 2019 Ford Police Interceptor Utility in hardtop, slicktop, and unmarked trims. The author also said more vehicles were planned, which points to a pack meant to grow alongside a roleplay setup instead of ending as a one-off drop.

The practical value here is the lighting and the layout. The pack uses DLS v2, and the listing sent users to TheMaybeast’s Discord to get it. LCPDFR describes Dynamic Lighting System v2.0.0 as a non-ELS light control system with multiple custom stages, customizable siren control, and open-source code, but it is not compatible with ELS. For players who already run non-ELS emergency vehicles, that makes the pack easier to slot into an existing sheriff fleet without rebuilding the whole install around a new lighting philosophy.

It also required SirenSetting Limit Adjuster, better known as SSLA, which raises the per-vehicle siren limit from 20 to 32 and pushes siren setting IDs up to 65535. That same page labels SSLA outdated and no longer maintained, and warns that it is known to cause issues on GTA V update v3788, so anyone mixing older patrol content with newer vehicle packs has a real compatibility checkpoint before loading into patrol.

That balance of flexibility over exact replication fits the direction Blaine County packs have taken on the site for a while. Jedahdiah’s December 2023 Blaine County Sheriff’s Office pack called itself complete in marked and slicktop form without matching any specific department, while Midwest Mods’ 2025 Blaine County Sheriff’s Office megpack pushed the idea into a much larger roster. JankModding’s release sits in that same lane: a reflective, expandable sheriff base that fills a real gap for players who want a current-looking Blaine County fleet without having to force every unit into a strict department clone.
