GTA 6 Art Studio costs GTA$4,700,000 for Kortz Center Heist access

Rockstar turned the Kortz Center Heist into a pricey property decision, not just a new mission. The Art Studio opened as a GTA$4,700,000 room inside a Mansion, and it was the required starting point for players who wanted access to the new raid.

The buying path was straightforward but expensive. Players had to open the Prix Luxury Real Estate website in-game, pick the Mansion they wanted to renovate, and then add the Art Studio from the additional rooms section. That meant the room was never a standalone luxury buy, because ownership of one of the three Mansions came first and the studio sat on top of that purchase as an expansion.

RockstarINTEL’s breakdown put hard numbers on the entry fee and the discounts. Players who had already reached Tier 3: Elitist in the Fine Art Collector program before the update launched got GTA$1,000,000 off the Art Studio. GTA+ members got another GTA$1,000,000 off on top of that, cutting the room to GTA$2,700,000 for anyone who stacked both benefits. Rockstar also pushed a GTA$2,000,000 mansion discount through its GTA+ benefits page during the Kortz Center Heist period, making the whole property ladder even more central to the update.

That pressure was built into the design. Rockstar said the Heist centered on Mr. Faber and his chief fixer, Raf De Angelis, and required players to scout the museum, gather the right weaponry and technology, and invest in the Art Studio inside a Mansion to get started. Inside the room, a counterfeiter would work on forgeries while gear and tech accumulated for the finale loadout, which made the studio feel less like decor and more like a prep vault with a criminal front office attached.

The money math was blunt. At the full GTA$4,700,000 sticker price, it would take four full GTA$1,500,000 Fine Art Collector bonuses to cover the room outright. With the Elitist and GTA+ discounts stacked, the bill dropped enough that two of those top-end bonus payouts could carry it.

For players who only wanted the Heist door unlocked, the Art Studio was a day-one gate. For everyone else, it read like a luxury add-on with real utility, the kind of buy that waits until the mansion money is already in the bank.
