Kalshi sees 60% odds of GTA 6 trailer 3 in May 2026
Kalshi is leaning toward a GTA VI trailer before June, but the volume is thin and Rockstar still holds the cards. Trailer markets are trading speculation, not confirmation.
Kalshi’s GTA VI trailer market looks less like a spoiler and more like a live bet on Rockstar’s cadence. The current board puts “Before June 2026” at 55% and “Before May 2026” at 23%, with about $30,330 in volume. That is enough money to show real interest, but not enough to turn a prediction market into a release plan.
Rockstar has already told fans where the finish line is: Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for May 26, 2026, after the studio pushed it out of the earlier 2025 window. On May 2, 2025, Rockstar said the delay was needed so the game could ship at the level of quality it expected. That matters because trailer timing usually follows Rockstar’s own marketing rhythm, not outside expectations, and the company has made clear that its Newswire is the official place for announcements, trailer launches, screenshot drops, events, and soundtrack details.

The game itself is already doing plenty of the work. Rockstar’s official description places GTA VI in Vice City, USA, and the state of Leonida, with Jason and Lucia caught in a criminal conspiracy after an easy score goes wrong. Trailer 1 introduced Leonida and Vice City, and Rockstar now presents Trailer 2 on the game’s main page. That is the kind of rollout that keeps fans watching for a third drop, but it also shows Rockstar is controlling the sequence carefully, one reveal at a time.
That is why Kalshi’s number should be read as signal mixed with noise. The market is telling you traders think another trailer is plausible in the near term, but it is still just pricing a guess. Even the culture market points to the same frenzy, with GTA VI currently listed as a leading Game of the Year candidate at 65%. That says more about the scale of attention around Rockstar’s next release than it does about the exact day a trailer will hit.
If you are trying to read this like a GTA fan instead of a trader, the clean takeaway is simple: this is tradable speculation, not a leak. Rockstar has the release date, the setting, the leads, and the trailer cadence locked down. Kalshi can move odds around that reality, but it cannot replace it.
