M8T has launched Cypress Vice Smuggling Heist as a full mission mod, not just another loose sandbox add-on, and the setting does a lot of the heavy lifting. Cypress Flats sits in East Los Santos, boxed in by La Mesa, Rancho, Banning, Elysian Island, Terminal, Murrieta Heights and El Burro Heights, which makes it a natural fit for a smuggling job built around warehouses, backstreets and industrial cover. The setup leans into the idea that smugglers have taken over the district and are moving against criminals, gangs and organized crime from across the United States.
What gives the mod some real appeal is that it is aiming for a structured heist feel. The listed features include a new hideout, three different approaches, the choice to go loud or sneaky, and smuggling-day variety. HKH191 gets credit for help loading interiors, while TheProfessional provides voice work for the agent, and that combination suggests M8T wanted this to feel like a proper scripted mission line rather than a bare objective chain. The page also ties the story to GTA 6-era worldbuilding, including Vice City figures such as Brian Heder, whom Rockstar describes as a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys.

That makes Cypress Vice Smuggling Heist a better bet for mission-mod regulars who enjoy testing fresh content than for casual installers looking for a one-click win.
