Duke's K9 Dash N' Splash Hosts IDS Leprechaun Leap Dock Diving Event March 8

Duke's K9 Dash N' Splash in Windham, Ohio wrapped up its IDS Leprechaun Leap dock diving event on March 8, giving competitors a St. Patrick's Day-themed shot at earning invites to the 2026 IDS Championship. The facility promoted the event with a straightforward pitch: "Big jumps, fun friends, and lucky dogs — it's the perfect way to dive into the season!"

The Leprechaun Leap was the first competition on Duke's published 2026 event schedule, and the IDS Championship invite stakes gave it weight beyond a themed novelty event. Duke's operates on over 10 acres dedicated to dog sports, and spectators attended free of charge, as is the facility's standing policy for all public events and competitions. Dogs on site were required to remain on a 4-6 foot lead throughout.

March isn't done at Duke's. On March 22, the facility hosts a Pet CPR and First Aid Certification Class from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The course is built around the latest veterinary guidelines and mixes lecture instruction with hands-on CPR practice covering both dogs and cats. Closing out the month on March 29 is the Duke's Egg Hunt Fundraiser, where dogs work through an egg hunt while the entry proceeds support an unspecified cause.
