Epomaker quietly launched a product page for the Luma100, a low-profile 96% wireless mechanical keyboard built around an all-aluminium chassis with gasket mounting. Madshrimps covered the reveal on March 11, 2026, and TechPowerUp, which first spotted the Luma40 at CES 2026, framed the Luma100 as its "polar opposite, at least in terms of the layout and form factor."

Where the Luma40 uses an ortholinear layout and tray mount, the Luma100 goes conventional row-staggered and gasket-mounted, measuring 37.1 × 12.85 cm with a stated 23 mm front height, which TechPowerUp noted is "presumably with keycaps installed." Weight comes in at 0.62 kg, which TechPowerUp called "very light for an aluminium keyboard." The board ships with a slim folio case, a practical inclusion that reinforces the portable angle.

The 96% layout is the main sell here: it keeps the numpad intact while trimming the overall footprint, something a TKL obviously can't offer. Keycaps are ABS DSA low-profile with shine-through legends, paired with north-facing RGB backlighting.

Connectivity covers all three modes: USB Type-C wired, 2.4 GHz wireless, and Bluetooth, backed by a 3,000 mAh battery. VIA support is included for remapping, backlighting customization, and macro creation, though you'll need to manually upload a JSON file before the utility recognizes the board.

The switches are where things get interesting. TechPowerUp reports they appear based on the Gateron Low-Profile 2.0 standard, similar to what's in the Luma84, but an unboxing video shows something distinct: clear PC housings and a light green stem unlike standard Gateron offerings, suggesting Epomaker commissioned a custom switch for the Luma100.

The product page is live but TechPowerUp confirmed the keyboard is not yet available to purchase on Epomaker's site. Pricing and a release date have not been announced.
