Waynesboro Club Announces January Holiday Train Open House

The Waynesboro Model Railroad Club has set its 2025–26 Holiday Open House for two consecutive weekends in January, inviting the public to visit on Jan. 17, 18, 24 and 25. Visiting hours each day will be noon to 4 p.m., admission is free, and the club expects roughly 1,000 people over the course of the event.

Four distinct layouts will be on display, showcasing a range of modeling techniques and operating practices. Attendees will see N scale, HO scale, 2-rail O and 3-rail O layouts, providing a rare opportunity to compare multiple standards and eras under one roof. The club highlighted that many updated scenes and layout enhancements completed during the prior year will be featured, giving return visitors new details to spot and newcomers clear examples of hobby progress.
