Il Palio Restaurant Cavatelli Recalled in Shelton, CT for Undeclared Milk, Eggs

CM Aloi LLC, doing business as Il Palio Restaurant of Shelton, has issued a recall of its 16-ounce clear-plastic package of cavatelli, UPC 51497 24882, after the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, Food and Standards Division found the product did not declare milk and eggs. The DCP notice warns, “Customers who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk and egg are at risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product.” The recall notice also reports one possible illness to date linked to the product.
