Table Tennis England Launches London 2026 World Championships Fan Hub
Day passes already sold out and finals sessions running low, Table Tennis England's centenary fan hub is now the essential planning tool for London 2026's 13-day World Team Championships.

Table tennis returns to the city that invented it with a centenary edition of its World Team Championships, and the window to attend is already narrowing: day passes for London 2026 have sold out entirely and finals sessions at OVO Arena Wembley are running low.
Table Tennis England refreshed its dedicated London 2026 fan hub on April 8, pulling together ticketing links, transport guidance, venue accessibility information and the full event calendar ahead of the 13-day ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 Presented by ACN, running April 28 to May 10.
The competition spans two London venues with very different propositions for fans. Stage 1B runs at Copper Box Arena in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from April 28 to May 1, hosting qualifying group-stage matches where nations outside the top seven seeds compete for places in the knockout draw. Individual session tickets for Copper Box remain available through Ticketmaster. From May 2, the action shifts permanently to OVO Arena Wembley: Stage 1A on May 2 and 3 gives England fans their clearest sight of the home nation, as the top seven seeds and the host team play seeding-stage matches with no eliminations. Stage 2, from May 4 to May 10, delivers the full knockout bracket from the Round of 32 through to the Finals, with seats starting from £15. Those are the sessions disappearing fastest.
For fans weighing value against atmosphere, the calculus is not straightforward. Copper Box sessions offer the most concentrated table tennis per session, with multiple tables running simultaneously during the group stage. The Wembley knockout window from May 7 onward is where rivalry arcs reach their conclusions, with China and Japan among the powerhouse nations expected to contend alongside the field of 64 men's and 64 women's teams. Child tickets in Categories 3 and 4 carry a 20% discount across all stages.
The cultural layer around the competition is as deliberate as the sport itself. A Centenary Fan Zone at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will feature Robot Challenges, VR table tennis and an immersive timeline of the ITTF since its founding in London in 1926. The original Swaythling and Corbillon Cups from the 1920s will be on display, and daily autograph sessions with international players are scheduled at the Wembley Concourse. Free "Ping!" tables are being set up in public squares across the capital, with coaching sessions led by former professionals running across the full 13-day tournament.
The legacy programming extends beyond the fortnight. The Centenary Table Programme will distribute community tables and resources to schools across London in the weeks following the event, a commitment backed by UK Sport and the Greater London Authority. Those planning multiple sessions should note the split ticketing infrastructure: Stage 1B Copper Box tickets are processed through Ticketmaster, while OVO Arena Wembley tickets run through the AXS platform, with a percentage also available via Ticketmaster.
A hundred years on from the first World Championships, the sport is back in London with its loudest competitive format. The remaining seats will not wait.
