Rover Marine to Showcase Drop-Stitch Skiffs at Palm Beach Boat Show
Rover Marine's Battle Boat paired with an eight-inch POP Dock promises 50 to 100 square feet of floating patio space at Palm Beach's biggest boat show.

Rover Marine is bringing its drop-stitch inflatable skiffs to Flagler Drive in Downtown West Palm Beach when the Palm Beach International Boat Show runs March 25 through March 29, 2026. The company's two flagship models, the Battle Boat and the Battle Cat, headline a tactical lineup built around what Rover describes as the engineering gap between genuine USCG-compliant vessels and the cheap online "ghost brands" flooding the inflatable market.
The show is synonymous with luxury yachting and high-end coastal cruising, and for captains running the Intracoastal Waterway or yacht owners anchored near Peanut Island, a reliable tender is one of the most critical vessels in the fleet. Rover Marine's booth is specifically oriented toward consumer education on marine-grade engineering, drawing a hard line between what the company calls "disposable pool toys" and vessels actually built to survive Florida conditions.
The engineering claims are specific. Rover hulls use military-grade drop-stitch floors that inflate to rock-hard rigidity, UV-resistant materials designed to withstand the harsh Florida sun, and heavily reinforced transoms engineered to handle high-torque stress. The company positions this construction directly against generic drop-shipped boats, which it says often fail after a single season in saltwater due to inferior glues and thin materials. Rover also points to real warranties and dedicated support from a team of real boaters as differentiators from online-only competitors.

The show floor setup goes beyond the skiffs themselves. Rover Marine is partnering with POP Board Co., whose exhibit will feature ultra-rigid inflatable docks, paddleboards, and water chairs alongside the Rover lineup. The pairing has a practical pitch: a Rover Battle Boat combined with an eight-inch-thick POP Dock can add 50 to 100 square feet of usable floating patio space to a primary vessel. That floating patio, according to the company, covers everything from lounging and staging dive gear to keeping kids contained and safe at the sandbar.
The Palm Beach International Boat Show runs five days on Flagler Drive, and Rover Marine announced its participation in a press release issued March 7, 2026.
