Two loft bedrooms, a four-burner gas range, a dishwasher, an electric fireplace, and a pull-down projector screen: Dragon Tiny Homes is fitting all of that into 204 square feet on a double-axle trailer with its Premium Vista, the top model in the company's Vista lineup.

The 24-foot home is finished in metal siding with pine accenting and a metal roof. Inside, the ground floor carries the same pine aesthetic and measures 204 square feet, with the total livable space expanding to "204 sq. ft. + lofts" once you count both upper sleeping areas. Dragon's own product copy calls it "a one-of-a-kind tiny home and our highest-level build," designed to "feel like a real house, not a cramped tiny space."

The ground floor holds a living room and a full kitchen that Dragon and multiple reviewers describe as well-proportioned for the footprint. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, and a floating quartz desk that doubles as a breakfast bar-style dining area. The living room, which connects directly to the kitchen, features a sofa, an electric fireplace, and a pre-installed pull-down projector screen. Buyers will need to supply their own projector.

The two loft bedrooms sit above the main floor. The primary loft is accessed from the living room via a storage-integrated staircase and features a low ceiling typical of loft builds. A second, smaller loft sits over the bathroom and is reached by a removable ladder, offering a bed and a modest amount of storage. Dragon's listing describes the primary bed as queen-sized, though at least one reviewer noted a double bed in the main loft; Dragon has not publicly clarified the discrepancy. Both lofts feature six-foot-wide windows, a detail Yanko Design singled out as critical: "In a compact home, getting the windows right is not a nice-to-have. It's everything."

The bathroom sits on the opposite end of the kitchen from the living room, accessible through a sliding barn-style door. Fixture descriptions vary slightly across coverage: one source lists a bidet toilet, vanity sink, and walk-in shower, while others describe a tiled shower, vessel sink, and LED anti-fog mirror. Dragon's own listing references a "38' Shower" in its product text, though the exact dimensions remain unconfirmed.

The Premium Vista carries NOAH certification from the National Organization of Alternative Housing, which Dragon says involves inspections covering structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and overall safety. For buyers navigating the still-murky regulatory landscape around homes on wheels, that certification carries real weight.

Dragon's listing currently shows a promotional price of $77,995 against a listed original price of $103,125 for the fully upgraded Premium Vista. The broader Vista lineup starts at $60,000 according to Yanko Design's coverage. Some units are listed as pending or reserved with deposits. Dragon notes that units are still under construction, with availability reported in Georgia and New York. Worth noting for anyone shopping the space: New Atlas flagged that this Premium Vista should not be confused with a home of the same name built by Escape Tiny Homes, a separate company entirely.
