EKOUAER and 3D Wellness Retreats have turned yoga and meditation into a spring shopping story, using the Spring Health Renewal Journey campaign to sell a reset that reaches beyond the mat. The collaboration casts EKOUAER’s women’s loungewear as part of a broader wellness routine, with the clothing, the retreat setting and the self-care message all built around the same promise: feel lighter, move easier and clear space for mind-body work.

The product pitch leans hard on utility. EKOUAER says its current-season items use a 95% polyester and 5% spandex blend, and describes the pieces as light, soft and elastic enough for yoga stretches and meditation. The line includes a Satin Silk Series, a Waffle Knit Series for flow yoga and breathing exercises, and a V-Neck Satin Series positioned for mindful walking and relaxation. That is a very specific kind of wellness merchandising, one that treats fabric handfeel and movement as part of the experience rather than as mere product details.

The brand pairing also tells the business story. EKOUAER says it was founded in 2015 and has sold hundreds of millions of garments worldwide, a scale that helps explain why it keeps returning to comfort-driven messaging. 3D Wellness Retreats, meanwhile, says Dina launched it in 2018 and that the company handpicks healers, mediums, holistic coaches, trainers and speakers for its retreats. Its own framing calls the offer “luxury retreats & wellness escapes designed to help you disconnect from the noise,” which places it squarely in the premium end of the wellness market.

This is not the first time the two brands have worked together. On February 22, 2026, EKOUAER and 3D Wellness Retreats staged a One-Day Escape, and a retreat video from 3D Wellness highlighted grounding meditation, sound baths, movement and expert-led wellness conversations, with wellness brands on site. Taken together, the partnership looks less like a one-off promotion and more like a continuing attempt to package yoga-adjacent experiences as a lifestyle product.

That is the bigger signal in this campaign. Yoga is no longer being marketed only as a class format or a retreat activity. It is being used as a visual and emotional shorthand for a seasonal identity, one that can be sold through apparel, curated programming and luxury escape language. For women looking for a softer entry point into meditation and movement, that may feel useful. For everyone else, it reads as a sharp example of how thoroughly the retreat economy has learned to monetize calm.
