Reno area free poolside yoga event supports Northern Nevada HOPES

Reno-area residents will get a free poolside yoga session at The Overlook on Saturday, July 25 at 9 a.m., turning the venue into a temporary outdoor wellness space for Flow for Home. The gathering is being organized through The Studio and Northern Nevada HOPES, with a focus on movement, community, and support for a local cause.

The event is being promoted as a low-barrier summer class rather than a traditional studio drop-in. KOLO describes it as a free community yoga session on The Overlook’s pool deck, and the event flyer tells participants to bring a yoga mat. The morning is also set to include extras beyond the flow itself, including a community raffle, live music or a live DJ, and local vendors. One social post says, “Reserve your free spot here,” making clear that the class is free but still ticketed or RSVP-based.

The organization says it offers general care, sexual health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder services, and it serves insured and uninsured patients alike.
