Feb. 11 Police Arrest Roundup Includes Allendale County Entries
A regional police roundup listed a meth trafficking charge, DUI and sex-offender registration arrests, and several high-value thefts that could affect local safety and property losses.

A meth trafficking charge, two DUI arrests and multiple mid-to-high-value theft reports appeared in a regional police roundup that compiles recent law-enforcement submissions. The entries, attributed to area sheriff’s offices and municipal police departments, flag enforcement activity residents should track as cases move through the local court system.
"The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:" the roundup notes, which is presented under the header "POLICE REPORTS for FEB 11, 2026" and compiled by Jim Mayse. Several individual items in the compilation are described as having occurred or been reported "Monday," but the roundup does not attach a calendar date to that weekday in each entry.
The most serious criminal allegation listed was a felony drug charge in Daviess County. "Mason T. Greenwell, 31, of the 1600 block of East 19th Street, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth)," the roundup records. That charge elevates the matter beyond simple possession and will carry heightened penalties if prosecutors pursue the allegation.
In Ohio County the compilation lists a registration-compliance arrest and an inventory loss. "Ohio County Sheriff’s Office • Seth W. Horton, 36, of the 400 block of Lisbon Drive, was charged Monday with failure to comply with sex offender registration." The same county entry records property loss: "Merchandise valued at $3,599.83 was reported stolen Monday in the 2900 block of Heartland Crossing Boulevard." Those entries raise questions about registration monitoring and retail theft that local officials may need to address.
Owensboro Police Department entries show two driving-related arrests and multiple theft reports. "Owensboro Police Department • Pa Khae, 35, of the 3800 block of Fogle Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence (aggravating circumstances)." The roundup also lists: "• Zachary T. Warren, 28, of the 1500 block of Parkview Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle." Owensboro theft reports include a significant HVAC loss and a substantial tools theft: "• A central cooling air condition valued at $5,000 was reported stolen Monday in the 2300 block of West Seventh Street." and "• Tools valued at $6,000 were reported stolen Monday in the 3900 block of Fairview Drive."
The roundup sits alongside federally reported border-enforcement activity that offers context on enforcement priorities. Customs and Border Protection social posts dated February 11, 2026, used emphatic language: "BOOM! Our CBP Officers are hard at work identifying and arresting sex offenders. Our Texas officers stopped these three individuals, but this is part of our mission each and every day at ports of entry across America." CBP posts also described arrests at Dulles and a large interdiction at Otay Mesa - "CBP officers at Dulles International Airport arrested this Salvadoran illegal alien wanted for felony sexual abuse of a minor. He tried to flee the country, but he will face justice here in the United States before he is sent home." and "The smugglers thought they could outsmart us, but they failed! CBP officers at the Otay Mesa port of entry, stopped nearly 1000lbs of liquid meth, concealed in a truck fuel tank. More poison off of our streets."
For Allendale County residents the immediate implications are practical: know the names and blocks listed in nearby arrest and theft reports, secure property that could be targeted for high-value thefts, and monitor court dockets for scheduled hearings. Local law-enforcement agencies will provide updates as cases progress; expect follow-up reporting on arraignments, bond information and any community advisories arising from these incidents.
