Troopers say the vehicle involved was a 2010 Lexus that was traveling west on Harter Road when it left the left side of the roadway, struck a fence and then hit a tree. Troopers also issued a separate statement that listed a different crash time and location, citing a 6:21 a.m. incident on Eutaw Road at Gilliard Street, and officials are working to clarify the details.
