Autaugaville Lions Club Hosts Free Mobile Eye Clinic for All Ages
The Autaugaville Lions Club is bringing a free mobile eye clinic to the Extension Building on April 9, offering vision screenings and glasses program details for all ages.

The Autaugaville Lions Club is bringing free vision care to the Extension Building on Thursday, April 9, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in a one-day clinic open to residents of all ages from Autaugaville and surrounding communities.
The clinic, organized in partnership with Alabama Lions Sight, will offer vision screenings, information about upcoming comprehensive eye exams, and details on the Prescription Glasses Program. Attendees can also get information about reading glasses and learn about future eye care services the program intends to bring to the area. Autauga County's government flagged the event in a March 17 county news posting.
Dr. Lindsay Snow and her professional eye care team will be on site, giving participants a chance to meet the providers behind the mobile clinic program. The event is also positioned as an introduction to ongoing services: organizers say the Mobile Eye Clinic program will continue serving local residents with expanded services and follow-up care beyond the April 9 date.

The clinic is free of charge. No registration information or appointment requirement has been listed by organizers. Whether prescription glasses will be dispensed on site or provided through a follow-up process under the Prescription Glasses Program has not been specified.
The Autaugaville Extension Building is in Autaugaville, Alabama.
