John Paul DeJoria, the billionaire co-founder of Paul Mitchell hair products and Patrón Tequila, has listed his Kiholo Bay estate for $32.6 million, placing one of Hawaiʻi County's most architecturally unusual luxury properties on the market.

The home's construction story sets it apart from anything else along the Big Island's Kohala Coast. The structure was designed in the style of a Balinese temple, built in Indonesia, then disassembled and shipped to Kiholo Bay, where it was rebuilt on its current site. That sequence, from Indonesian construction to Pacific reassembly, gives the property a provenance rarely seen in Hawaii real estate at any price point.
