Isidro Figueroa-Martinez, a 46-year-old resident of Copperas Cove, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on Feb. 13 and booked into the Coryell County Jail on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Judge Latham of Precinct 4 set bond at $100,000.
The arrest followed an investigation that began on January 20, 2026, when deputies responded to a report of suspected sexual abuse involving a juvenile victim. The Coryell County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division conducted what officials described as an "extensive investigation" and developed sufficient probable cause to file the aggravated sexual assault charge.
After his arrest by U.S. Marshals, Isidro Figueroa-Martinez was transported to the Coryell County Jail and formally booked on the charge. The sheriff’s office confirmed bond was set at $100,000 by Judge Latham, Precinct 4. No arraignment date or additional court scheduling information has been released.
