Dolores Parks Advisory Committee Reschedules March Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum

The Dolores Parks Advisory Committee failed to achieve quorum at its regularly scheduled March 12 meeting, prompting Town Treasurer/Clerk Kelley Unrein to issue a formal public notice the same day announcing a one-time rescheduling.

The committee, which normally convenes on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room at 601 Central Ave., will instead hold its March session on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the same location. The notice explicitly characterizes the shift as a one-time-only change, not a permanent adjustment to the committee's monthly schedule.

"The purpose of this one-time change is that there was a lack of quorum for the regular March 2026 Parks Advisory Committee meeting," the notice states. The public notice does not specify what caused the quorum shortfall or whether individual members were notified in advance.
