Little Hatu Ranch hosts four-day wellness and arts gathering in Egnar
Little Hatu Ranch drew a 250-person wellness and arts gathering to Egnar, with on-site parking, EMTs and no alcohol sales to limit rural impacts.

Little Hatu Ranch turned one of Dolores County’s most remote corners into a four-day destination for wellness, arts and music as Paradigm Gathering ran May 15-18 at 8 County Rd G6 in Egnar. The organizer described it as a four-day, three-night, family-friendly gathering, and ticket listings showed prices ranging from $0.00 to $459.15, while the KSJD community calendar listed a $222 ticket option.
For Dolores County, the scale matters. The county had 2,326 residents in the 2020 Census spread across 1,067.2 square miles of land, or about 2.3 people per square mile, so a 250-person event can feel significant in a place where population is thin and roads are long. The venue itself, Lil Hatu Ranch, is a Colorado LLC formed June 15, 2019, and the ranch’s Egnar address put the gathering squarely inside county land use and traffic patterns rather than in a neighboring town.
A permit application submitted to San Miguel County said organizers expected about 250 participants, below the threshold for a mass gathering permit. It said all parking would be on site, with participants asked to stay parked and camped to reduce traffic and dust. The application also said no alcohol would be sold and alcohol would not be allowed in most main areas, and that portable bathrooms, a handwashing station, recycling, a dumpster, water trucks, security staff, EMTs and a nurse practitioner would be provided.
The event program mixed wellness and performance. The organizer’s website said attendees would find healing workshops, conscious-style music, ecstatic dance, visual and interactive art installations, yoga and natural healing practices. It also listed a Sunday potluck dinner and an effigy memorial bonfire with live acoustic music.

Workshop listings for 2026 included Beginning Fire Yoga with Clayton Allred, Sound Bath with Rachel Wagner, Consciousness & Spirituality with Chris Oneyeabor, Animal Movement with Blanka Mirrors, Staff Flow Basics with Tyler Oborn, Swing Dance Workshop with Monica Gadd, ReLanguaging 101 and Embodied Intuition with Luke Rain, Tai Chi Chimes & Soundbath with Britannia Breath, Breath work with Sunny Sunshine, Permaculture with Brenden Whitelaw, Energy Alchemy & Telekinesis with Kat Rentmeister and Healthy Living in a Toxic World with RobbSpeed.
The gathering was not a one-off. KSJD listed a similar Paradigm event at Lil Hatu Ranch in May 2025 with workshops, live musicians, EDM music, sound camps and camping, suggesting the ranch has become a recurring venue for a large, organized event in Egnar.
