The High Point Market Authority has tapped Jessica Duce of JDuce Design to overhaul The Point, the branded pop-up venue on Commerce Avenue that has anchored the Market experience since its debut in April 2018. The redesigned space will open to registered buyers when Spring Market runs April 25–29, 2026.

Duce, recognized as a leader in the short-term rental design sector, described her concept as one rooted in High Point's manufacturing identity while reaching toward the industry's next chapter. "My vision for The Point is a meeting space at Market that feels like the story of High Point itself, a tribute to design heritage, innovation, and community," she said. "It should feel alive, full of style, and ready for the next conversation that will shape the industry's future."

The Point sits one block west of the Transportation Terminal on Commerce Avenue and pulls double duty as both a practical resource and a social anchor during the five-day show. Twice a year it functions as an information center, a hub for educational and networking programs, a lounge, and a daily lunch spot for registered buyers.

Furnishings for the redesigned space are sourced from nine High Point Market exhibitors and partners: Adesso, Benjamin Moore, Brown Jordan, Crystorama, LH Home, Made Goods, Revolution Fabrics, Splashworks, and Zuo Modern.

The High Point Market Authority, which organizes the event that draws tens of thousands of visitors from more than 100 countries each year, announced the redesign on March 4. More information is available at highpointmarket.org, and the show can be followed on social media with the hashtag #HPMKT.
