Pahrump sets 2026 Fall Festival dates, theme, and vendor details

Pahrump has locked in the framework for its 2026 Fall Festival, setting a Sept. 24-27 schedule, a patriotic America 250 theme and an Aug. 14 deadline for vendors competing for booth space. The town’s official festival page puts the annual event on the calendar early enough for businesses, volunteers and residents to plan around one of Pahrump’s biggest late-summer traffic drivers.

The theme, Stars, Stripes & 250 Years Strong, ties the festival to the nation’s America 250 commemoration and signals the kind of branding the town wants around the event. The schedule gives the clearest picture yet of how the weekend will unfold: Thursday, Sept. 24, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 25, from noon to midnight; Saturday, Sept. 26, from noon to midnight; and Sunday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The long Friday and Saturday hours are the key draw for restaurants, vendors and downtown businesses that depend on evening foot traffic.

The town is also laying out the vendor process well ahead of fall. Entry packets are available for Arts & Crafts and Food & Horticulture, and vendor applications are open for the 2026 Fall Festival Rodeo as well. The application sheet requires photos, trailer length including tongue or hitch, a seller’s permit, a health permit if applicable, payment and insurance. Town rules are strict: applications are due no later than Aug. 14, 2026, no late applications will be accepted, and spaces are limited and first come first serve. Once the spots are filled, the town will stop taking applications.

That deadline matters because the festival is not just a weekend event, it is a revenue window. For food sellers, craft vendors and community groups, the difference between getting in and missing the cutoff can determine whether they capture September spending from local families and visitors moving through town. The parade adds another layer to the weekend’s planning. The Kiwanis Club of Pahrump is inviting entries for the Pahrump Fall Festival Parade on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, at 9 a.m., hours before the festival’s noon opening that day. The town’s 2025 festival ran Sept. 25-28 at Petrack Park, with vendor applications due Aug. 15, showing the event’s recurring late-September slot and its tightly managed application cycle.
