The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center presents Conversations with Nature by Studio 176 artists Laura Grisamore, Dawn Rossbach and Jeremy Simonson, on view Feb. 24–Mar. 28 with a free March 7 reception.

The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center is pleased to present Conversations with Nature, a group exhibition featuring art and photography by Laura Grisamore, Dawn Rossbach, and Jeremy Simonson of Studio 176 in Park Rapids." The Cultural Center lists the show on view from Tuesday, February 24 through Saturday, March 28, 2026, and schedules a free public artist reception Saturday, March 7, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
Kulcher's listing specifies the reception will be open to the public and notes practical details for attendees: "The event is free and open to all, and light refreshments will be served. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists and learn more about their work, perspectives, and creative processes. All are welcome!" The New York Mills city notice echoes the invitation, encouraging visitors to "meet the artists Laura Grisamore, Dawn Rossbach and Jeremy Simonson of Studio 176 and learn about the creative processes behind their stunning works inspired by the natural world."
Organizers frame the show around close observation of place and material. Kulcher describes the exhibition as uniting "three distinct creative voices united by a shared dialogue with landscape, texture, light, and place." The gallery copy adds that "while each artist brings a distinct style and medium, the exhibition is unified by a shared spirit of attentiveness - capturing moods, textures, and subtle moments that might otherwise go unnoticed." The three exhibiting members of Studio 176 bring a mix of art and photography to the Cultural Center's small-gallery program.
Practical visitor information is included in the Cultural Center announcement: the NYMRCC Gallery is free to visit and is closed Sundays and Mondays; private tours outside posted hours are available by emailing info@kulcher.org. For press or program questions, Kulcher lists the Cultural Center main line at 218-385-3339 and names Megan Shirley-Ross as Artistic Director, reachable at 218-385-3339 or megan@kulcher.org. The Cultural Center directs readers to its site for more information.
One scheduling point differs among notices: an initial report stated the exhibition "opened … on Feb. 23, 2026," while the host organization's calendar lists February 24 as the first public on-view day. The Cultural Center's public listing remains Feb. 24–Mar. 28, 2026, with the March 7 reception as the main opportunity to meet the artists.
Kulcher acknowledges public funding support for the program: "This activity is made possible in part by the voters of Minnesota through a Minnesota State Arts Board Operating Support grant, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund." Conversations with Nature brings Studio 176's regional perspective into New York Mills' Cultural Center gallery for a monthlong run and a community reception on March 7.
