The Perham Area Community Center launched its spring programming lineup this month, anchoring the season with recurring fitness classes, an in-house wellness challenge, and a community event that turned the facility's floor space into a women's wellness marketplace.

The PACC hosted a Soul-Full Women's Day, offering a variety of fun and unique experiences geared toward women from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Vendors on hand included Cake Walk by Wendy, Pampered Chef, Free Soul Candle Co., permanent jewelry and fresh floral bouquets, as well as fitness classes. The event, which fell on March 21, drew participants from across the Perham area to the center's 620 Third Avenue SE location.

Alongside the one-day event, the PACC rolled out its March Momentum challenge and Aqua Yoga sessions as part of a broader push to build consistent wellness habits as the season changes. The center's state-of-the-art aquatics center includes pools for lap swimming, recreation, and water aerobics, providing the infrastructure for the water-based yoga programming. Group fitness classes at the PACC are taught by certified fitness instructors and range from beginner to advanced.

No matter the time of year, the PACC offers 140,000 square feet of recreational activity, but the spring calendar reflects a deliberate shift toward programming that blends physical conditioning with community connection. The PACC is a frequent stop for exercise, recreation, and socializing for many individuals.

From youth programs to senior activities, PACC offers something for everyone, and the spring schedule reflects that range, pairing a challenge-based fitness event like March Momentum with the lower-impact, joint-friendly format of Aqua Yoga. Group fitness is a great way to stay in shape, develop friendships, and stay accountable.

Registration for upcoming classes and events can be completed through the PACC's online portal or by contacting the front desk at frontdesk@perhamareacommunitycenter.net. The center is located at 620 Third Avenue SE in Perham. More information on the spring calendar is available at perhamareacommunitycenter.net.
